What you'll accomplish
By the end of this guide, you'll have a Claude Project loaded with your firm's procedure documents, regulatory summaries, and compliance policies. Instead of hunting through SharePoint or asking a colleague, you'll be able to ask plain-English questions and get instant, accurate answers based on your actual documentation.
What you'll need
- A Claude account (claude.ai) — free account works; Pro ($20/mo) gives you more file storage and longer context
- 3–5 key documents from your firm's shared drive: procedure PDFs, regulatory summaries, NIGO checklists, account opening requirements
- Time needed: 45 minutes to set up; ongoing 2-minute use
- Cost: Free (Claude free tier) or $20/month (Claude Pro for larger document sets)
